ZENITH 5S-319 "RACETRACK" (1939)

Here is a very nice example of the Zenith 5S-319. It is called the "Racetrack" due to the shape of the striking dial. This model Zenith is one of the most popular of all the antique radios. Beautifully restored by Mel Wattles Radio Renewal, the radio has original knobs and push buttons. Has new grille cloth, line cord, and filter caps. The chassis is very clean. Plays beautifully on AM band, but does not receive on shortwave band. However, very little shortwave broadcasts exist today. Don't miss this gorgeous and highly sought after radio! Item #633.

$925.
